Our experienced physiotherapists will take the time to properly assess you in order to find the root of the problem. Based on the assessment findings, they will discuss treatment options with you and choose those that are most appropriate to get you feeling better!
Massage Therapy
Massage therapy can help relieve painful muscle tone, restore mobility, and improve circulation. Our practitioners will work with you to ensure they are treating the applicable areas in order to provide symptom relief and improve function.
Kinesiology / Athletic Therapy
Work one-on-one with a Kinesiologist to get you back to your baseline strength and function after a motor vehicle accident.
We also offer private kinesiology/personal training for those seeking more guidance and expertise to help them reach their goals.

Judy Munday
Judy graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2021. Before completing her Massage Therapy program, she received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University, with a concentration in Active Health and Rehabilitation
Judy has a passion for helping people maximize their recovery, whether it be regaining strength and function after an injury, or decompressing after a long day. She believes in patient-centered care and will work diligently to find a treatment plan that works best for you and your needs.
Outside of work, Judy loves all things outdoors: hiking, rock climbing and cycling to name a few. She is happiest at the top of a mountain taking in the beautiful views.

Kristen Hoffman

Kristen graduated from the Master of Physical Therapy program at the University of British Columbia in 2008. She obtained a Kinesiology degree and certificate in Health and Fitness from SFU in 2006. Her areas of expertise include sports and orthopedic injuries with a special interest in shoulder and knee injuries, TMJ dysfunction, post-surgery rehabilitation, acupuncture and IMS. Kristen has completed courses in advanced manual therapy techniques, which include Mulligan courses and the Orthopedic Level 3 Upper and Lower Quadrant courses. She has also completed courses in K-taping™, advanced shoulder rehabilitation and has achieved her certification in Gunn Intramuscular stimulation (IMS) as well as acupuncture certification through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute. Kristen also has a strong background in personal training and exercise prescription, including pre-and post-natal fitness.
Kristen has volunteered for many teams and sporting events, including the World Police and Fire Games, the North American Police Soccer tournament, the Burnaby Lakers Lacrosse club, and the SFU women’s volleyball team and men’s field lacrosse team. Kristen enjoys treating athletes from a wide range of sports, such as lacrosse, soccer, hockey, basketball, dancing, gymnastics, field hockey and running.
Kristen’s treatment philosophy is to maintain a balance of fun, variety and patient-focused goals in rehabilitation. Using a blend of manual therapy, needling and personalized exercises, Kristen helps her clients to optimize their performance and get back to their desired activities quickly. She is well-liked by her patients, who appreciate her thoroughness, easygoing approach and quick sense of humour.
Kristen grew up in Burnaby but moved to the Tri-cities in 2009 after falling in love with the beauty and proximity of the trails, lakes and mountains here. She lives in Port Coquitlam with her husband and two busy young girls that keep her on her toes. In her spare time, Kristen enjoys cooking and baking, knitting (and generally being pretty crafty), and staying active by doing yoga, hiking and spinning!

Taylor Richardson
Taylor seamlessly blends his passion for sports and fitness with his dedication to health and well-being to create customized exercise programs to meet your rehabilitation or fitness goals. Taylor is a former soccer player for the University of the Fraser Valley where he earned his Bachelors degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in Exercise Science. As a recipient of the male athlete of the year award at UFV and a Usports first team all-star award, Taylor brings the same dedication he has on the field to his kinesiology practice. Taylor has a strong background in exercise prescription having also earned his Personal Training certification through the International Sports Science Association.
Taylor’s Kinesiology practice is fuelled by the desire to merge his athletic background with a holistic approach to active rehabilitation. His commitment goes beyond physical training, as he strives to ensure that his clients feel heard on the highest level. Taylor’s empathy and positivity are driving forces in his practice, shaping an environment where individuals receive not only expert guidance but also genuine care. His unique journey from the soccer field to becoming a Kinesiologist and Certified Personal Trainer reflects his unwavering commitment to helping others achieve their wellness goals.

Darrien Cantelo

Darrien is a passionate and dedicated paediatric physical therapist. Darrien completed a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training from Valley City State University in North Dakota and furthered her education with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University. As a former athlete, Darrien realized at a young age how important strength training can be. This developed into the desire to help people move their bodies the best way they can. Her professional focus is primarily within the pediatric population where she specializes in treating children from ages 0-18. Some areas of interest include: Youth sport injuries, growth injuries and developmental gross motor skills. Darrien was born and raised in rural Manitoba, and has been enjoying the warmer life in BC. When not in clinic, you will find Darrien keeping active by playing volleyball, working out or on a snowboard during the winter months.

Paul Conzatti MPT
Co-owner
BSc. Kin, MPT, CGIMS, FCAMPT
Paul specializes in treating a wide variety of conditions from sports injuries, to post-surgical rehab, to weekend warrior repetitive strains and sprains. He holds a BSc in Kinesiology and a Masters of Physical Therapy obtained from SFU and UBC, respectively. He is also a fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT). Paul has extensive post-grad manual therapy training that prepared him for in-depth and specific spinal manipulations, and he is also a Certified Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation (CGIMS) practitioner. He is well-versed in temporomandibular joint dysfunction, sport/kinesiology taping, myofascial release, and dynamic neuromuscular stabilization core training.
Paul has deep roots in the community, having grown up in the Tri-Cities playing volleyball, basketball and soccer. He still lives here, raising his family and serving the community of Port Coquitlam. He has worked with several local teams, including the Coquitlam Senior Men’s Adanacs and Douglas College Royals Volleyball. He has volunteered at the National Beach Volleyball Championships and BC High School Provincial Volleyball Championships. He continues to be an active leader with the Coquitlam Ducks Volleyball Club, where he coaches and serves on the administrative board, dealing with equipment and the overall health and wellness of club members. He organizes injury prevention programs and teams up with other professionals to help the club’s athletes reach their full potential.

Jason Thompson
Jason is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. He became a registrant of the College of Massage Therapists in October of 2000 and has been practicing in the Tri-Cities ever since. Over that time Jason has had the opportunity to help a diverse group of patients with their health and wellness needs. Over his 23 years of practicing Massage Therapy, Jason has developed a treatment style that utilizes myofascial release and deep tissue techniques. Each patient has individual needs and therefore each treatment is tailored to those specific needs. Moriah Thorpe
Moriah Thorpe is a registered physiotherapist practicing in the field of sports medicine, orthopedics, and women’s pelvic health.
Moriah holds a Master of Physical Therapy from Western University, and both a Master of Human Kinetics and a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from Laurentian University. She’s also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA. She has completed post graduate training in manual therapy (Orthopedic Levels 1 and 2 Upper Quadrant), anatomical neuropathic intramuscular stimulation (IMS/dry-needling), running assessment, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and more.
She has worked with elite and recreational athletes in multiple sports disciplines in addition to the general population. Her areas of particular interest include running related injuries, post-operative and post-partum return to running, knee/ACL injuries, and foot & ankle injuries.
Moriah’s approach to treatment is rooted in current research evidence and she promotes active based treatment methods while prioritizing individual needs. She incorporates education, manual therapy, IMS (dry-needling) and advanced exercise prescription to help clients get back to the activities they enjoy and love.
